oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05% w/w and also: sodium citrate dihydrate, tyloxopol, citric acid anhydrous, chlorhexidine digluconate, menthol, benzalkonium chloride, camphor, disodium edetate, eucalyptol, sodium hydroxide, purified water
