Ingredients

Extract of hops, equivalent to 200mg, extract of valerian equivalent to 160mg and extract of passion flower equivalent to 130mg.

Warnings

Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or suffer from a depressive illness. Avoid alcohol. Seek medical advice before taking if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Side Effects

May cause drowsiness which may persist the following day, if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Possible side effects are: stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, gastro-enteritis, diarrhoea, fever, headache, palpitations or faintness.
