Ingredients

Each caplet contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride BP 25mg and also: anhydrous lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, stearic acid, silicon dioxide

Warnings

Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredients, have asthma, glaucoma, gastric or intestinal obstruction, enlargement of the prostate or bladder neck obstruction. Nytol is not recommended if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. For short term problems, the effectiveness may be reduced with continuous use. Causes drowsiness. Avoid alcohol. Not recommended for children under 16 years.

Side Effects

After taking nytol you may experience dizziness, drowsiness, grogginess, nervousness, nausea or a dry mouth. These effects are uncommon but mild and will wear off within about 8 hours or taking.
