Ingredients

Paracetamol 500mg Ph Eur, codeine phosphate 8mg Ph Eur and also sorbitol, saccharin sodium, sodium lauryl sulphate, citric acid, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, povidone, dimeticone

Warnings

Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Check with your doctor before taking if you have severe kidney or liver problems or if you are pregnant, if you have severe problems with breathing, have recently suffered from a head injury, have chronic diarrhoea or are at risk from intestinal paralysis. Taking codeine for a long time can lead to addiction, which may cause you to feel restless and irritable when you stop the tablets, if you need this medicine more than three days at a time see your doctor. Contains paracetamol do not take with any other paracetamol containing products. In case of overdose seek urgent medical advice even if you feel well.

Side Effects

Constipation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, light-headedness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty in passing water have been reported.
