Ingredients

5g of vaginal cream contains Clotrimazole Ph.Eur.0.5g (10%w/w. It also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, cetyl stearyl alcohol, ispopropyl, cetyl esters wax and water. The 10g tube of cream contains Clotrimazole Ph.Eur.200mg (2% w/w). It also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, cetyl esters wax, cetyl stearyl alcohol, 2-octyldodecanol and purified water.

Warnings

If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Do not use in pregnancy without consulting a doctor. See your doctor as soon as possible and DO NOT use Canesten Thrush Cream if you have any of the following symptoms: irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal vaginal bleeding, ulcers, blisters, sores or pain of the vagina, pain in passing urine, fever or chills, diarrhoea or a foul smelling discharge from the vagina. If you are unsure or it is the first time you have had the symptoms or are pregnant consult your doctor.

Side Effects

You may experience a mild burning or irritation immediately after application. If this is intolerable, stop the treatment and tell your doctor.
