Per 5ml: squill liquid extract 0.0031ml, capsicum tincture 0.0025ml and also: ethanol (alcohol), syrup (frutose, glucose and sucrose), E110, E122, E217, E219, acacia powder, acetic acid, E150, strong ginger tincture, aniseed flavour, peppermint oil, levomenthol, saccharin sodium, clove oil, purified water
