Ingredients

Each 5ml of cough syrup contains: Pholcodine 2mg. Also contains: Maltitol syrup (E965).

Warnings

Do not give your child this product if he or she has ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients, he or she has an inherited intolerance to fructose or related conditions, has kidney or liver failure or is taking Monoamine Oxidise Inhibitors (for depression) or they have stopped taking them in the last 14 days. Take special care with this product if your child has lung or breathing problems or is taking any other medicines.

Like all medicines this product can have side effects, although these are rare and usually mild. Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you notice any of the following: nausea, drowsiness or constipation.
