You must choose a surgery then a corresponding time slot. We ask that you also choose an alternative time slot in case your first choice is not available. If there are any problems at all with the slots that you have chosen we will contact your with the details you provide us and discuss an alternative with you.
Once your appointment has been made you we will aim to confirm with you within 24-48 hours by telephone or email. Once the time slot has been agreed we will log it in your Personal Account area as a confirmed appointment so that you can check back at any time to remind yourself of the appointment date and time.
