There is no delivery charge for NHS prescriptions.
All prescription orders are delivered by the following working day.
Private prescription orders will be charged £2.95 for delivery.
Non-Presciption Orders:
There will be a delivery charge of £4.95 on all orders from our online store, regardless of weight, cost and number of items. This will include packaging, postal insurance and postage costs. All items are dispatched using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Delivery of these items will require a signature. A re-despatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge. Same-Day Delivery: We offer a same-day (shop items) delivery service for customers living in Coventry. The charge for this service is £10. International Delivery We only deliver to the United Kingdom. We are not able to offer an international delivery service. We apologise for any inconvenience. Returns Please note that certain items including medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygeine reasons, unless we have sent incorrect goods or they are faulty.
